Are your sizes true to standard sizing?
Our sizes follow standard UK sizing. For the perfect fit, we recommend checking our detailed size guide (available on each product page). Our bodycon dresses tend to run slightly snug for that signature look, while our maxi and midi dresses offer more relaxed fits.
How often do you release new collections?

Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order value! However, orders over £50 qualify for free shipping via EMS.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your fashion to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia and other locations. During checkout, our system will automatically check if we can deliver to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 days after dispatch)
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your Stylaque pieces! You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receipt for a refund (minus original shipping costs). Sale items are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
